M Boutique Hotel and OldTown White Coffee Signature @ Ipoh, Perak.

And so.. there is a new OldTown White Coffee Signature in Town. I would say this "kopitiam" is special because it teams up with M Boutique Hotel, which is a hotel features 93 rooms comprising of Superior and Deluxe rooms, Suites and Family Suites. This hotel is managed by Ariva. Ariva is a company that manages hotel in China, Indonesia, Thailand and also Malaysia. Link to Ariva page. M Boutique Hotel is like a fusion of Malaysia's colonial past and modern contemporary decorations, where every details of the pillows are hand crafted.

M Boutique Hotel and OldTown White Coffee teams up to revitalize the scene of Hala Datuk 5. Hala Datuk 5 is located next to Jalan Leong Boon Swee, which is the main road.

Lobby area direct to the back alley of the hotel. I love the design of the wallpaper and the lamps hanging on the ceiling.

Decorations.

The reception counter with cozy couch and sofas. The design at the back of the reception counter reminds me of 'Harry Potter' series. Do you remember the goblins took out some documents from the drawer in 'Chamber of Secret - Harry Potter' ? The past and modern decorations just make me goes WOW.

And the hotel management also provide the customers with iMac to surf internet during the leisure hour. It is strictly for the hotel guest only.

Washrooms for ladies and gentlemen. Just love the vintage style of the lightings. 

Mirror mirror on the wall.. Who is the brightest of them all.. 

Place to shop inside the hotel. They sell shirts, cups and other miscellaneous items.

They will waste tons the water by setting this kind of  water tap.

OldTown Signature 'Xi Mut' Milk Tea. I think they literally put the entire pantyhose to filter the tea leaves lol.. #justsaying

The only different between the normal OldTown White Coffee and OldTown Whilte Coffee Signature in food is just..... more vegetables, more potatoes, more sauce with cooked pineapple inside and bigger plate..

Chatime Galleria @ Bintang Terrace, Lot 10.

So finally I had my first Chatime drink in Kuala Lumpur after so many months. It is located at the Bintang Terrace at Lot 10. Serving was fast as there isn't any crowd on that day due to the rain. Order was pretty similar to Gong Cha with the queue numbering system. 

I ordered a Honeydew Smoothies with Aloe Vera and opted for half sugar. Priced at RM 7.90 for the large size. Compared to Gong Cha's Honeydew milk tea, I personally think that Chatime's Honeydew Smoothies was way better. 

Personally, I like to sit inside the Chatime Galleria because of the comfortable and cozy environment. It is like a cafe-like atmosphere in which you can take your time and relax as the shop is build up by most of the metal and glass.Therefore, you also can easily spot the pedestrian and the car passed by outside the Chatime Galleria. 

Besides, there are also many variety of drinks such as the famous Roasted Milk Tea with Pearl. I tried it in my hometown at Ipoh and I love it very much. Will post about it next time. Basically, I don't really fancy milk tea but just love the chewy and soft pearl in it. :D 

So people! Go try it. It is worth to try.
